The BugWright2 Kick-Off meeting was held at the end of January 2020 in Nantes, France. During this integration week, members of the Consortium met for the first time. Partners came from all around Europe: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Austria, etc. to gather and start the BugWright2 project.

First Integration Week

The BugWright2 Kick-Off meeting was held at the end of January 2020 in Nantes, France. 

During this integration week, members of the Consortium met for the first time. Partners came from all around Europe: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Austria, etc. to gather and start the BugWright2 project. 

The week started with an introduction by the coordinator Cédric Pradalier (CNRS) who welcomed all participants. He gave an overview of the project including highlights, objectives, KPIs and the Consortium. The ambition and impacts of the project were also presented.

The EPM Laura Monnier presented the management, tasks & deliveries, Milestones and the budget. She also presented the governance structure as well communication mechanisms and reporting procedures. 

All partners presented their entity. WP Leaders presented their Work Packages including methodology, tasks and connections to other WPs.  A drone demonstration was even shown thanks to INSA Lyon.

In addition to the meetings, we were granted a visit of the Chantiers Navals shipyard in Saint Nazaire. 

At the end of the week, a dinner was organised with all partners.
